I ordered grocery this evening and to my surprise the delivery person did two things.

  1. Slid in a marketing pamphlet in my order.

  2. Observed the living room and vocally spoke about his services.

If this isn’t smart then I don’t know what is.

Also, this is the best “taking your chances” I have experienced so far.

If he can do it, you can definitely use a similar approach to acquire new users.
